Connecting with Nature to Capture Compelling Wildlife Photography Images

As a self-taught nature-inspired Nature and Wildlife Photographer my goal is to provide timeless and inspired images that speak to the spirit and touch your soul.

Where it Began….

As a child I was very connected to wildlife and nature. I recall many moments listening to the wind sing a gentle melody as the trees rustled and the birds sang along. It was a time when the animals communicated with me and their gentle whispers touched my spirit. Like many, I grew in age and my gifts took a back seat to practical and less gratifying matters. My spirit was no longer being fed. Sound familiar?  I recall one day, the birds were no longer singing, the wind was silent and something was missing. I had become so busy with life that I eventually tuned out the natural world.

The Winds of Change…..

At that moment, I promised myself to reconnect with nature. Once again, the animals communicated, and it moved my soul. I returned to my true essence, the thing that nourished my spirit. Nature came alive with energy, scent, movement and song. I had once again joined the dance. I recall as a child, I promised myself to be a wildlife and nature photographer.

A Whole New World……

When I began fulfilling that promise I moved from film, to point and shoot and now digital photography. Nature and Wildlife Photography opens me to a world of visual expression through creative and inspired imagery. With gratitude and respect I photograph these timeless moments of wonder.

I am glad that you came today to join me on this visual dance of color, light and expression…...

Let’s work together to preserve nature and save our wildlife.
Their continued existence depends on all of our efforts.

Aside from photography, my professional experience also includes…
Workshop Leader, Group Facilitator and employment in the non-profit sector.
